Release Notes for ICP Expert version 4.1.0 build 443
--------------------------------------------------
1. When opening worksheet files created in earlier versions of ICPExpert for the first time, the worksheet should be immediately saved to convert the worksheet file into the current ICPExpert version format.

2. When making a worksheet from a template: changing the directory after already having put in the new sequence name gives an empty worksheet. (OSI00031353)

3. Instrument type (axial, radial) not recognised during installation. Select the correct instrument type during installation. (OSI00043245)

4. The SPS3 must be switched off before restarting the PC. (OSI00042831)

5. The "show end points" option in the echellogram is not available in the conditions page of the method editor. (OSI00034899)

6. The mobile rinse station (MRS) feature of the SPS3 can not be used with dilutions enabled. (OSI00041340)

7. The Automax parameters are not applied to the method unless AutoMax is activated from the conditions page. (OSI00040785)

8. The graphic for the ten tube standard rack on the AIM 1250 Autosampler is incorrectly displayed as 10x1 linear array instead of a 5x2 hexagonal close packed array. (OSI00043159)

9. USEPA SOW ILM05.0.sws supplied causes an error message to be displayed when viewing the IEC page of the method editor. (OSI00043333)

10. Deleting a wavelength from the method when the worksheet contains divide or subtract user dedfined column causes the worksheet to become corrupt. (OSI00043051)

11. Echellogram can't be viewed for the last sample of an analysis sequence. (OSI00042863)

12. Can't perform a spectrum read from the method editor until the poly boost is stable. (OSI00041231)

13. The Gilson 223 Sample Changer software drivers have not been evaluated under Windows 2000. Please contact Gilson for details on running the Gilson 223 Sample Changer software drivers under Windows 2000.

14. For best results when using the Gilson 223 Sample Changer, do not specify a rinse location. The software will then use the default rinse location.

15. When SRS has been enabled for a worksheet, only use "Stop after current solution" to stop a running worksheet. SRS corrections will not be applied if "Stop Immediately" is used.

16. Do not exit Excel if ICP Expert is exporting results to Excel.

17. When a partially measured calibration/QC blocks exists, do not toggle between manual and auto sampler options in the Sequence page.

18. Internal Standard ratios are not exported to Excel.

19. SRS corrections are not exported to Excel during a worksheet run.

20. A batch run of worksheets will be exported to the same Excel workbook. To ensure data is not over written please uncheck the "Clear spreadsheet on run" option in the Export settings dialog.

21. Vista PRO worksheets prior to version 1.3 (build 321) can not be opened with this ICP Expert release. If you have version 1.0, 1.1 or 1.2 worksheets you will have to first migrate them to version 1.3 format with the Vista version 1.3 software.

22. IEC worksheets from version 1.3 are not compatible with version 3.0 IEC worksheets. The IEC definitions in the method are not migrated and the worksheet will not be modifiable.

23. Warning, setting a long pre-mix time may cause serious damage to the torch.

24. If no concentrations are defined for the calibration standards for a given element line, the operation log will incorrectly report the result as calibrated. This is not correct.

25. User defined probe height is not supported by the SPS 5 on a pre-mix action. There is no work around for this.

26. ICP Expert is designed to be compatible with the current generation of printers. Older printers may cause selection of fonts which cause crowding of the print-out or the print preview with subsequent loss of data. If it is clear that data is being lost or crowded, you may need to select another printer, or provide an alternative printer driver.

27. Can't print echellograms.

28. Pre-mix option not supported on SPS3.

29. MPX version 2 worksheets with FACT cannot be opened in MPX 4.1. (OSI00057428)
